Bears, Ninjas and Blowjobs is a great, work safe, 16-page comic created by Tom Engström. It’s clever, funny, and wonderfully drawn. Really, what more could you ask for? Maybe a sandwich and a footrub… mmm… bologna… anyway, enjoy the comic.

Never in my life have I had to come up with a Do Not Want list for Christmas, but this year is different. A movie was produced that sucks so much words cannot describe how much I dislike, yet it is almost certain I will receive it as a gift this Christmas. Which movie you ask? It’s the Mother Turd of all movies and perhaps one of the biggest let-downs of my late 20s… Transformers. Somehow, everyone loves this movie, but all I can ask is “Seriously?”
I won’t go into all the reasons for my disdain. Most of you have already heard my rants on the topic, so I’ll keep it off of here, but to reiterate:

TRANSFORMERS DVD = DO NOT WANT!

As you may or may not know, I’m currently updating my online music catalog. I thought I’d give something new a try. For each letter that I update, I’m going to select four songs and put them in a little music player for you to listen to. This should give you a good sampling of what I listen to, embarrassing as it may sometimes be, and hopefully expose you to some new music in the process. I won’t be playing whole songs because I really don’t want to get sued. Anyway, enjoy the letter A.

Oh, and my music database program organizes artists by their first name instead of their last, so that’s the standard I’m going to follow on this little endeavor.

I’m happy to announce that one of my business card designs is going to be featured in an upcoming issue of HOW Magazine. I know I am a day late to this grand blogging event, but I think this is such a great idea. People don’t comment on sites anymore… except for Mike. I can always count on him (even if he is making fun of me 90% of the time). Anyway, reading Kari’s site informed me about the Great Mofo Delurk of 2007 that took place yesterday. I’m going to have my Great Mofo Delurk today, so feel free to leave a comment; say hi and… I don’t know… tell me the name of the last good movie you saw. Mine happens to be The Departed.

While digging around on my server, I came across this old game of memory that my friend Shawn and I created years ago. Now, I’ll be the first to admit that this game is comparable to a steaming pile of shit, but it still makes me laugh. Make sure to enter your scores in the comments. Sarah and I started working out again; mostly running, but man, we can’t make it very far. Working in front of a computer for eight years hasn’t done a body good for this guy. I don’t really care if I lose weight (but I won’t complain if I do). I just really want to be in shape, and in order help accomplish this task, Sarah and I dusted off the ol’ Gazelle Power Plus. Here’s a fine photo of me workin’ it.
